James Holloway has over 30 yrs experience working with retirees in various capacities.  James' simple to understand old fashioned approach makes it easy for retirees to be able to explore THEIR OWN specific circumstances and to understand all their options  You won't find any fancy charts or graphics!

Scheli Holloway (pronounced, Sheila), James' lovely wife, has owned several businesses over the years, most recently the "Mail Boxes Etc" stores here in Tyler (now the UPS Stores).

Scheli is our workshop coordinator and also has the essential job of maintaining our huge library of third-party articles that James finds so helpful when explaining problems and solutions to workshop attendees and clients.   Scheli's sweet nature is such a blessing to all who know her.

Ann Hammack has over 20 yrs experience.  She worked as a church secretary for 17 yrs in Shreveport, LA prior to moving to Tyler and joining our staff. 

Ann functions as our Receptionist and she specializes in the detailed and efficient handling of our Client Service Requests as well as Workshop Coordination with a heart to serve!
